Job Summary HDFC Bank is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, generate new business opportunities, and promote the bank's financial products. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through field sales and lead generation activities.
Promote HDFC Bank's banking and financial products, including accounts, loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product benefits.




Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, NBFC, or Field Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
