Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring current clients, developing channel partner networks, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, architects, and consultants.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable construction solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and manage channel partner and referral networks.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and submit daily/weekly reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.

Experience
5–10 years of experience in Real Estate and Construction Sales/Business Development.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills
Solid sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction projects.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
