About the Role

Transport Wings (Cal) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate should possess solid sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current clients for domestic and international logistics services.
Generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular MIS reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
3–7 years of business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
