Qualifications
Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) , with strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
Must have atleast 2 years of post CA qualification exp
Experience in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Proficiency in taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings, with familiarity with audit processes and internal control frameworks.
Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, corporate setting.
Prior experience in a multinational company or Big 4/large audit firm is an advantage; exposure to Botswana or international operations is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, demonstrate high ethical standards, and adapt to energetic business requirements and timelines.
