Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Catering Sales Manager to drive catering business growth by identifying new business prospects, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, event management, or food service business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent catering business through corporate clients, institutions, event planners, wedding planners, and individual customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and client visits to promote catering services.
Prepare and submit catering proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients.
Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure successful event execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions.
Attend industry events,



exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate business.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
38 years of experience in Catering Sales, Hospitality Sales, Banquet Sales, or Event Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
