Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Call and follow up with assigned leads generated through campaigns, self generated, and inquiries.
Understand the student’s background, interests, and career goals.
Explain course offerings in IT emerging technologies in a transparent and convincing manner.
Counsel students and parents about program advantages, learning outcomes, fees, and career opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into admissions through regular follow-ups.
Maintain lead status, call records, and conversion updates in CRM or spreadsheets.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students through skilled communication.
