Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain chat records and update customer information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality support.
Follow company policies and service standards.





Required Skills
Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations.
Valuable problem-solving and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Team player with attention to detail.

Qualification: 12th Pass to Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
