About the Role

We are looking for a creative Visualiser with robust conceptual thinking and design skills to create compelling visual communication across digital, social, print, and integrated campaigns

Key Responsibilities
Develop visual concepts and creative executions based on client briefs
Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Client Servicing teams during ideation and campaign development
Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, presentations, and print collateral
Create mood boards, mockups, and visual references for campaign pitches and executions
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
Stay updated with design trends and emerging creative formats

Key Requirements
BFA, MFA, Applied Arts, Commercial Arts, or a related design degree
Strong ideation and visual storytelling skills
Sound understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory,



and layout
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced agency environment
Robust attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma

Preferred Qualities
Passion for advertising and branding
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics
Collaborative and proactive approach to work
