Artes Skin & Hair Clinic
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, nursing, pharmacy, and front office.
Achieve monthly revenue, consultation, and treatment package targets through effective operational planning and business development initiatives.
Ensure exceptional patient experience by maintaining high service standards, resolving complaints promptly, and improving patient satisfaction and retention.
Monitor daily billing, collections, cash reconciliation, and operational expenses to ensure financial control and profitability.
Supervise inventory management of medicines, consumables, aesthetic products, and equipment, including procurement, stock control, and expiry monitoring.
Ensure proper maintenance of all clinic assets and coordinate preventive maintenance, AMC, and CMC for medical and aesthetic equipment.
Lead, supervise, train,



and evaluate clinic staff, ensuring optimum manpower utilization, discipline, and compliance with HR policies.
Ensure compliance with all quality standards, statutory regulations, infection control protocols, biomedical waste management, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, corporate tie-ups, referral programs, and local branding activities to increase patient footfall.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business performance reports, while driving continuous improvement in clinic efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
