Lead end-to-end operations at MeraDoc with a primary focus on doctor operations. Drive operational excellence by managing doctor onboarding, workforce planning, SLA adherence, quality, compliance, partner operations, and cross-functional execution to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Doctor Operations team.
Own the complete doctor lifecyclefrom onboarding and credentialing to go-live, rostering, substitutions, and escalations.
Conduct daily operational reviews and identify process gaps and improvement prospects.
Monitor SLAs, TATs, team KPIs, and quality metrics.
Ensure SOP adherence and compliance with clinical and non-clinical processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner operations and lead partner review meetings.
Coordinate with Clinical, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and high-quality execution across all operations.
