Role Description The Business Development Manager – India IT Staffing is a full-time remote role responsible for driving growth in IT staffing services. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for IT staffing engagements. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The Business Development





Manager will collaborate with internal staffing and delivery teams to align candidate sourcing with client requirements, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention within the India market.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Recent Business Development and Business Development to expand IT staffing services in the India market.
Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales to build and convert a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Ability in Account Management to maintain, grow, and retain key client relationships.
Experience in IT staffing, recruitment services, or technology consulting is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting; ability to use data to inform strategy and decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
