Key Responsibilities:
Lead process innovation and redesign HR workflows for efficiency.
Build and deploy automation/AI solutions to reduce manual effort.
Deliver seamless employee support across onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management.
Champion data integrity, SLA adherence, and act as a quality checkpoint.
Partner with HR stakeholders to co-create scalable processes.
Mentor colleagues on process innovation and current technologies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services / HR Operations.
Robust expertise in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate).
Hands-on experience with HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
Proven track record of process improvement and automation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
