Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete Purchase to Pay cycle
Deploying Sourcing strategies, Vendor selection, Price finalizations and YoY ( Year-over-Year) Cost reductions
Developing Inventory strategies, ensuring material availability and reducing lead time for procurement
Capital equipment and Indirect materials procurement, Contract finalizations for services.
Cross functional collaboration with PPC (Production Planning Control), Quality, Stores and Production to fulfill demands
Process Owner for P2P (Process to Pay) process for ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization), IATF 16949 (International Automotive Task Force), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical or Production or Instrumentation, Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management




20+ years of experience in Purchase or Sourcing or Supply Chain Management function with min 5 years of proven track records of Heading the Department
Should have handled ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IATF audit (International Automotive Task Force)
Zero based costing and should Cost, Standard Cost calculations
SAP knowledge of MM (Materials Management) module
Broader Experience of all aspects of SCM (Supply Chain Management) like handling Imports and Custom Clearance, Standard Products, Customize Products. Vendor Development, Services, Contract Management and Warehousing
