Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Devlopment Executive with prior experience in Co-operative Banks or Co-operative Societies. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships within the co-operative sector and be capable of promoting financial products and services while generating new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Co-operative Societies, Co-operative Banks, and their members.

Identify and generate current business opportunities through field marketing and networking.

Conduct meetings and presentations to promote financial products and services.

Acquire current customers and maintain long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with society officials and key stakeholders.

Achieve monthly business and sales targets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





Experience working in a Co-operative Bank or Co-operative Society is mandatory.

2–5 years of experience in marketing, relationship management, or business development.

Good knowledge of the co-operative banking ecosystem.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with an existing network in Co-operative Banks or Co-operative Societies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
