Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT Services, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services business across the UK and European markets . Based in India, you will be responsible for acquiring recent enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships, and generating revenue by promoting India-based technology delivery capabilities.

Package - INR 12 - 15 lacs/annum

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for IT Services, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
Build relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, technology companies, and consulting firms.
Engage with key decision-makers including Procurement, Vendor Management, Delivery Heads, Business Leaders, and Technology Stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.




Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfilment.
Achieve revenue, pipeline, and client acquisition targets while expanding the company's presence in the UK/EU market.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development, or IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation sales.
Proven experience selling IT staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, or offshore delivery solutions.
Experience working with UK and/or European markets is preferred.
Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B technology services.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated with a robust hunting mindset and a track record of achieving sales targets.
