We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the interior and exterior construction work of our company building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, and monitoring project progress until completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all interior and exterior construction activities at the company premises.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved drawings and project schedule.
Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of construction materials.
Resolve in office issues and ensure minimal delays in project execution.
Verify measurements, work completion,



and contractor bills before submission.
Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and budget.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in supervising interior and exterior construction projects.
Experience in coordinating with contractors and vendors.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,243.02 - ₹55,353.83 per month
