Role & responsibilities
We are hiring for the position of Cluster Business Head for the Retail Banca Channel with a leading Life Insurance company.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets across the assigned cluster.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver high performance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with banking partners.
Ensure productivity, profitability, and business expansion within the cluster.
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling.
Experience in Life Insurance and Bancassurance sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to drive business through teams and banking partnerships.
Compensation & Advantages:
CTC up to 12 LPA
