Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the medical staffing center
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards




Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess staffing needs
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Maintain relationships with clients and healthcare organizations
Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure quality standards
Assist in developing strategic plans to grow the medical staffing division

Requirements
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
Solid interest in healthcare staffing and recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapid-paced environment
Prior experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus
