Job Summary The person will be main point of contact between clients and our internal production team. The role involves managing client communication, project coordination, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client contact
Understand project briefs and manage client expectations
Coordinate with artists and internal teams
Manage timelines, feedback, revisions, and approvals
Support quotations, scope changes, and invoicing milestones
Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in client servicing within a creative or design setting
Basic understanding of Print, Graphics & 3D workflow
Good organizational and multitasking skills
