Job Title : Cluster Executive

Location : Cluster-based (Colleges within assigned geography)

Reporting To: Team Lead / Manager

Role Summary The Cluster Executive is responsible for overseeing operations across 3 to 5 sites, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective management of Material Movement and Manpower.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across 35 assigned sites

Coordinate site visits, Material and Manpower availability

Act as the primary point of contact between college and management

Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations

Verify the operational status of all hardware components

Network connectivity checks to ensure secure LAN/WAN performance

Identification and rectification of potential hardware/network issues

Skills:

Basic Hardware & Networking Certification.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree / Diploma in any Streams
