Job Summary The Commercial Vehicle Insurance Executive is responsible for managing commercial vehicle insurance business, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, customer servicing, and coordination with agents, brokers, and internal teams. The role focuses on achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent commercial vehicle insurance business through agents, brokers, dealerships, and direct customers.
Manage policy renewals and customer retention.
Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and underwriting guidelines.
Process recent policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy modifications.
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.




Maintain relationships with commercial vehicle dealers, fleet owners, and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer queries related to policy coverage, premium, endorsements, and claims.
Monitor portfolio performance, renewal ratios, and business growth.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
