Qualification: Hotel Management Industry Preference: Restaurant, Cloud Kitchen, Hospitality, or Food Service experience preferred Role Summary:

The Commi 3 Chef / Kitchen Helper will support the kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the culinary industry.

Key Responsibilities: Assist senior chefs in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision.

Support in garnishing, plating, and arranging ingredients for service.

Assist Commi 1, Commi 2, and CDP in daily operations.

Communicate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen workflow.

Take guidance and training from senior chefs to enhance skills.





Learn and upgrade culinary skills through training and practice.

Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment.

Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards at all times.

Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment handling and food storage.

Take feedback positively and work on improving speed, accuracy, and presentation.
