Role & responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Credit Processing Officer processes and BFSI operations.
Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and session reports.
Guide trainees on banking, credit processing, and industry best practices.
Support trainees in skill development, interview preparation, and placement readiness.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with relevant BFSI industry and training experience.
Solid knowledge of credit processing and retail asset management.
