We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a major finance transformation programme involving Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM and NetSuite integration. This is a full time offshore prospect for a change professional who understands both enterprise transformation and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with senior finance stakeholders, implementation partners and business teams to drive adoption, readiness and successful change delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Execute the approved change management plan across all programme workstreams
Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement across Finance and Procurement
Deliver change impact assessments across key finance processes
Manage the communications calendar and prepare audience-specific communications
Complete training needs analysis and coordinate Train-the-Trainer delivery
Build and manage the change champion and super-user network
Support NetSuite integration and post-acquisition change activities
Define and track adoption and business-readiness measures




Maintain change and adoption risks within the programme RAID log
Support post-go-live reinforcement and business hypercare Required Experience
10+ years of experience in change management within finance or ERP transformation programmes
At least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials implementation
Experience with Oracle EPM, including EPBCS, FCCS or ARCS
Demonstrable NetSuite migration, integration or acquisition-related experience
Solid understanding of month-end close, chart of accounts, intercompany, consolidation and statutory reporting
Experience in post-acquisition business integration
Training design and Train-the-Trainer coordination experience
Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent recognised change certification
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with Oracle Guided Learning, WalkMe, regulated environments, cutover communications or offshore delivery models will be an advantage.
