Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Multi-Store Operations: Overseeing sales, operations, and visual merchandising standards across 70 retail counters in 4 major states to ensure brand compliance.
Sales &
Revenue Growth:

Analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to drive targets, identify growth prospects, and implement action plans for underperforming counters.
Inventory &
Stock

Management: Monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of high-demand categories (Handbags, Apparel, Luggage, Footwear), and controlling shrinkage/ageing stock.
Team Leadership &
Training:

Leading, mentoring,



and briefing multi-state store teams and supervisors; setting up performance benchmarks and organizing training programs.
Market &
Competitor Analysis:

Tracking regional market trends and customer preferences across different states to optimize product mix and promotion strategies.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and category managers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and stock availability.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Driving customer loyalty initiatives and resolving high-level customer escalations to maintain excellent brand reputation.
