Role & responsibilities
Manage the overall performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster.
Drive sales, revenue, and profitability while achieving business targets.
Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, average bill value (ABV), UPT, and productivity.
Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers to improve business performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand experience across all stores.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock ageing, and shrinkage.
Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Execute promotional campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and marketing initiatives.
Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
Analyze sales reports and prepare action plans to improve underperforming stores.
Support recruitment, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Control operational expenses and improve overall store profitability.
