Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager(Jewellery) to lead and drive business performance across multiple jewellery showrooms. The ideal candidate will have robust multi-store leadership experience, expertise in jewellery retail operations, sales growth, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and profitability across 7+ jewellery stores
Own cluster-level P&L; and achieve sales and margin targets
Develop and implement seasonal and regional sales strategies
Lead, mentor, and monitor showroom managers and teams
Ensure SOP compliance across service, billing, VM, and store operations
Manage inventory planning, stock allocation, and aged inventory control
Build and maintain strong HNI/VIP customer relationships
Analyze sales reports, stock data, and performance metrics
Submit weekly and monthly business performance reports





Required Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or Sales
12–15 years of experience in jewellery retail
Minimum 5+ years managing multiple stores within a single brand
Robust financial acumen with P&L; handling experience
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and retail analytics
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Skills
Robust understanding of regional jewellery trends
Experience handling high-value sales and HNI clients
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
