About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to craft clear, customer-friendly messaging and champion a culture of customer-centricity through impactful storytelling. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate complex information in easy, engaging ways that resonate with our customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver concise, customer-friendly communication across multiple channels.
Drive a culture of customer-centricity by embedding storytelling in all communication initiatives.
Create compelling content for email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, presentations, and customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical and business information into clear, logical communication.
Edit and simplify complex technical material, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.
Support brand consistency and tone of voice across all communication platforms.

Skills & Knowledge
Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Solid storytelling capability,



with proven experience in creating engaging emailers and impactful presentations.
Expertise in drafting simple, concise, and customer-friendly communication.
Familiarity with technical terms related to life insurance (preferred).
Ability to transform complex technical content into transparent, logical messaging.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of social media communication strategies is an advantage.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in communications, content development, or a similar role.
Prior experience in the insurance sector or financial services industry is highly desirable.
