Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities.
Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports.
Inspect construction quality and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Measure work completed and verify contractor bills.
Plan and monitor material requirements and site resources.
Identify and resolve in office technical issues.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.




Ability to read civil drawings and BOQs.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
Positive communication and reporting abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Candidate
Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 3 years of site execution experience are preferred.
