We’re now looking for a digital storyteller to amplify those stories and engage the world.

Role Overview

As a Communications & Social Media Executive, you will be the voice of TMF online. From writing impact stories to managing social platforms, you will shape how people connect with our mission. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who’s creative, mission-driven, and wants to build a career in the development sector.
Job Responsibility
- Manage TMF’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create engaging content — posts, stories, reels, graphics, newsletters, and blogs.
- Work with the programs team to gather stories, photos, and testimonials from the field.
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Design digital marketing campaigns for events, fundraising,



and awareness.
- Grow follower engagement and track performance via analytics tools.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and media partners as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or any relevant field.
- Robust portfolio of social media work and content writing is a plus.
Experience Requirement

1–3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or communications
Additional Requirement
- Creative writing and storytelling (English and optionally Hindi/local language).
- Social media fluency and trend awareness.
- Basic graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Video editing or reel-making skills (basic level).
- Solid time management and coordination skills.
- Passion for social impact and nonprofit communication.
