CNC Machining: Plastic components, multi-axis operations
Controllers: Fanuc, Siemens
Machine Settings & Optimization: Tool offsets, spindle speed, feed rate tuning
Probing Capability: On-machine probing for part alignment and in-process inspection
Macro Programming: Custom G-code macros for automation and error-proofing
Process Improvement: Cycle time reduction, lean manufacturing, Kaizen
Quality Tools: Cp/Cpk analysis, SPC, FMEA
Software: UGNX CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, MS Excel, Minitab

Led Plastic CNC machining initiatives for high-precision components.
Optimized machine settings and tool paths, achieving 20% cycle time reduction.
Developed and implemented Fanuc macro programs for automated probing and tool change routines.
