Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes (turning centers) to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and work orders to determine machining requirements
Select, install, and align appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices
Load and edit CNC programs (G-code/M-code); make minor offset adjustments as needed
Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)
Monitor machining operations to detect malfunctions, tool wear, or deviations from specifications, and make corrective adjustments
Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports,



and traceability documentation
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance
Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and PPE requirements
Identify prospects for process improvement, cycle time reduction, and scrap/waste reduction
Collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and supervisors to resolve production issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area (5S practices)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
