About the Role

We're building a new consumer platform that helps people discover meaningful real-world experiences, from coffee walks and creative sessions to sports, food, fitness, music, and local communities.

We're looking for students who understand what makes Bengaluru feel alive: the people who bring communities together, the experiences young adults genuinely want to join, and the local networks that make the city unique.

As part of our Bengaluru launch team, you'll help build authentic community connections and contribute directly to launching a current consumer product.

What You'll Do
Discover and engage with communities shaping Bengaluru's youth culture.
Connect with student clubs, creator circles, sports, fitness, and cultural communities.
Help community hosts bring engaging real-world experiences to life.




Introduce young adults to the platform through authentic community engagement.
Gather insights and feedback to help improve the product and launch strategy.

Who Should Apply
Current college students based in Bengaluru.
Students active in, or curious about, clubs, creator communities, sports, fitness, music, gaming, food, wellness, learning, or neighbourhood communities.
Solid communicators who enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively.
No prior startup experience, influencer background, or minimum follower count required.

Internship Snapshot

Duration: 8-week pilot

Location: Bengaluru (community fieldwork + hybrid team reviews)

Commitment: Part time (schedule shared during selection)

Compensation: Performance-based (details shared during the offer stage)

Growth Path: Potential opportunity to transition into a Community Growth Lead role after the pilot.
