We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing Manager to manage end-to-end property closing processes. The candidate should coordinate with clients, sales teams, legal and banking partners, ensure documentation is complete, and facilitate smooth deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end property closing activities
Coordinate with clients, sales, legal & banks
Verify documents and ensure compliance
Track payments and registration process
Maintain accurate closing records
Requirements:
2+ years of real estate closing experience
Valuable communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of property documentation and registration
Basic MS Excel & MS Office
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
