Role & responsibilities
Robust knowledge of residential construction methods and building materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety practices.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Valuable communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in quantity estimation and BOQ verification.
Knowledge of residential building codes and construction standards.
Experience in client coordination and site inspections.
Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
