We are looking for a Contact & Purchase Engineer with robust experience in contract preparation, vendor coordination, and procurement within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of construction materials, vendor negotiations, and end-to-end contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor contracts, rate agreements, and documentation as per company standards.
Handle procurement of construction materials, services, and site requirements.
Evaluate quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure timely purchase order issuance.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for material delivery.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase logs, and vendor performance.




Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support in cost optimisation by identifying reliable and competitive vendors.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / related field.
Mandatory experience in contract handling and purchase functions in real estate/construction.
Robust negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/Procurement systems.
Ability to manage multiple sites and work under timelines.
