Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent Site Engineer to take full charge of in office planning, coordination and execution of multiple real estate development sites in Margao & Cortalim.
This role requires solid technical knowledge, execution capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, site staff and internal management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate command over site operations, quality control, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Execution & Site Control
Lead execution planning in coordination with architects and the engineering team.
Maintain complete control over planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of multiple sites.
Ensure work progresses as per timelines and company standards.




Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to maintain project momentum.

Material & Quality Management
Oversee material procurement in coordination with management.
Ensure quality control standards are strictly maintained across all stages of construction.
Monitor workmanship, site safety, and compliance with technical specifications.

Documentation & Record Management
Organise, maintain, and update all site records, drawings, approvals, progress reports, and technical data.
Ensure proper documentation for audit, compliance, and management review.
