About the job

As the Design & Brand Lead, you are the visual storyteller who ensures our brand feels premium, cohesive, and professional across every internal and external touchpoint. Success in this role means creating a visual identity that creates immediate trust in prospects and provides the Sales team with "best-in-class" collateral that wins deals. You will support the entire organization, from high-level brand campaigns to granular sales pitch decks and social media assets.

Your work bridges the gap between marketing's reach and sales' closing power.

Key Responsibilities
Develops all marketing creative assets including social graphics, ad banners, and email templates.
Designs high-stakes sales decks, pitch presentations, and one-pagers that align with brand standards.
Produces short-form video content and motion graphics for social media and website use.
Maintains and evolves the Brand Style Guide to ensure visual consistency across the company.




Collaborates with the Web Developer to ensure the UI/UX of the website reflects the brand's premium positioning.
Manages external vendors or agencies for specialized projects like large-scale events or high-production video.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in graphic design and brand management.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
Solid portfolio showcasing both digital marketing assets and qualified sales presentations.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clean, digestible visual designs.

Preferred / Positive-to-Have
Experience with motion design and 2D animation.
Proficiency in Canva (specifically for creating editable templates for non-designers).
Experience in photography or art direction for corporate shoots.
