Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve food as per company's recipes and quality standards. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow FSSAI/SOP guidelines. Ensure timely order preparation and excellent food presentation.
Manage daily stock, FIFO, and inventory records. Control food cost, portion size, and minimize wastage. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations. Support birthday parties, events, and high guest footfall operations.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant. Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and inventory management. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Valuable teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
