Job Title: Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our compliance and finance functions through data analysis, dashboard creation, and process automation. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of compliance regulations such as GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, along with hands-on experience in Java and Google Apps Script.

This role will be primarily responsible for preparing, maintaining, and automating compliance dashboards, analyzing business data, and generating reports that enable informed decision-making while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze compliance and operational data for reporting purposes.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports for management using Google Sheets and other reporting tools.

Automate data collection, reporting, and workflow processes using Google Apps Script.

Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of compliance-related information.

Assist in internal audits by preparing audit reports, documentation, and supporting data.

Monitor compliance with GST, TDS,



and other statutory regulations by reviewing financial and operational records.

Collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to streamline reporting processes.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to increase operational efficiency.

Generate periodic compliance reports and provide insights based on data analysis.

Maintain documentation related to dashboards, automation scripts, and audit findings.

Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Robust understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation regulations.

Hands-on experience with Java and Google Apps Script.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, formulas, data manipulation, and dashboard preparation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Positive communication and collaboration skills.
