Position: Civil & Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil and interior site activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site.
Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
Plan and monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates to management.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and productivity.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining project standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Civil & Interior Site Supervision.
Solid knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing works.
Familiarity with site execution,



drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.
Ability to manage labor, subcontractors, and multiple site activities.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Flooring, false ceiling, painting, partition work
Tiling and stone work
Plumbing and waterproofing coordination
Electrical and MEP coordination
Site safety practices
Material management and site documentation
