Role & responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through outbound calls and lead generation.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct timely follow-ups and close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Stay updated on company products and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile
05 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, or BPO Sales.
Must have good english communication skills
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales goals.




Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Willing to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented setting.
