Role & responsibilities
Lead strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning across business functions.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
Drive end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Manage Performance Management System (PMS), goal setting, and annual appraisal cycles.
Support compensation, advantages, and reward & recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and organizational culture initiatives.
Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports to track HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, engagement, and training.
Conduct HR audits, background verification,



and compliance checks.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
8 - 15 years of HR experience, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, or Financial Services.
Solid experience in Corporate HR, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and people strategy.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR analytics
