Role & responsibilities
Deliver training programs for credit card sales, products, processes, and compliance.
Conduct induction training for current hires and refresher training for existing employees.
Train teams on product features, sales techniques, customer service, and objection handling.
Assess trainee performance through tests, role plays, and on-the-job observations.
Identify training needs and recommend improvement plans.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Monitor post-training performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Ensure all training complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and sales managers to meet business objectives.
Maintain training records and submit regular training reports.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
25 years of experience in credit card sales, banking, financial services, or training.
Prior experience as a trainer in the BFSI/credit card industry is preferred.
Robust communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Valuable knowledge of credit card products, sales processes, and banking regulations.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Willing to travel, if required.
