About the Role Sestra is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content & Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand through engaging and high-performing content. If you're passionate about fashion, social media, storytelling, and creating viral content that connects with audiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Sestra's social media and content strategy.
Create engaging content ideas, campaigns, and Instagram Reels.
Plan monthly content calendars and daily Instagram Stories.
Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
Write content briefs and collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors.
Plan and coordinate content shoots.
Confidently appear in Reels and create relatable on-camera content.
Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
Monitor content performance and optimize strategies using insights and analytics.
Ensure all content aligns with Sestra's brand identity and voice.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, or a similar role.
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
Excellent creative thinking, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and D2C brands.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands.
Experience handling influencer collaborations.
Basic video shooting and editing skills.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and ideation.
