MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
12+ years of experience in Insurance Broking, with strong exposure to Employee Benefits (EB) business
Experience handling renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination for engineering risks.
Solid understanding of the Employee Benefits business, including client acquisition, relationship management, renewals, and cross-selling of Group Health, Life, and Accident insurance solutions.
Ability to prepare technical quotations, coverage comparisons, and policy wordings.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive recent business acquisition and convert high-value opportunities in the Employee Benefits segment.
Build, manage,



and strengthen strategic relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and deliver customized Employee Perks solutions, including Group Health, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident, and Wellness programs.
Lead negotiations with clients and insurers to secure optimal coverage, pricing, and service outcomes.
Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, and servicing teams to ensure seamless implementation and client support.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from business development and client acquisition to account management, renewals, and cross-selling.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth through new client acquisition and portfolio expansion.
Provide strategic advisory to clients on Employee Benefits program design, optimization, and risk management.
