MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Must be from the Insurance or Insurance Broking industries
Strong exposure to Corporate Sales in EB, Non-EB, or both
Proven track record of recent client acquisition and revenue generation.
Minimum 2 years of experience.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an Indian IRDAI-licensed direct insurance broker providing risk advisory, insurance broking, claims support, risk assessment and agriculture sector.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across various industry segments.
Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, strategic alliances, and market mapping.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.




Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation activities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and Risk Managers.
Robust Exposure in Employee Advantages and Non- Employee Benefits products.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
2 -20 Years of Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate in any disciple
