Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using component-based architecture.

Robust knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as they relate to front-end development.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.

Experience with version control systems and cooperative development workflows.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
