Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Connect.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
