Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.

Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows.

Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
